Kwik Kopy has developed a comprehensive training program for all incoming franchise owners. Whether you have advanced business skills or have never owned a business before, our Kwik Kopy Learning Academy is designed to support the ongoing development of all our franchise owners and their staff.

Our training ensures that you are well-prepared to operate your business from day one, giving you the knowledge and confidence to hit the ground running.

Kwik Kopy New Franchisee Learning Program (NFLP)

The Kwik Kopy New Franchisee Learning Program (NFLP) begins as soon as you sign your documents, guiding you through all aspects of running a Kwik Kopy business.

Pre-Settlement or Pre-Opening Training

Our training start with a 5 week program pre-settlemnt. The training is done in a mix of ways:

Week 1 - 2

Online Self-Paced training with several live webinar sessions.

Week 3

A one-week, face-to-face intensive at our Sydney Head Office, where you will meet the Kwik Kopy team that will support you throughout your ownership journey.

Week 4

On-site training at approved Kwik Kopy Centres, learning the day-to-day operations.

Week 5

Training shifts to the centre you are purchasing, where you become intimately familiar with its operations.

Week 6

If you are opening a new centre, you will spend time in your local area, starting your marketing campaign and meeting potential clients.​

What is Covered in the Training

Our support program ensures that all aspects are covered during the changeover or setup period, holding your hand through the entire process.

Post-Settlement or Post-Opening Training

Once you settle into or open your business, the learning continues. During your first 12 months, you will participate in scheduled meetings and learning programs designed to enhance your skills and provide additional support. This includes:

Quarterly financial reviews and analysis

Area analysis meetings

Sales activity planning meetings

Systems refinement training

Advanced sales training

Supplier-led training
